ASSEMBLY


    We have 4 levels of Assembly

  • Junior Assembly - Beginners 1 & 2
  • Junior Intermediate Assembly - Ramayana and Bhagavad Purana
  • Senior Intermediate Assembly - Mahabharatha and Values
  • Senior Assembly - Isvara and Religious Discipline, Religious Culture & Santana Dharma, Bhagavad Gita

TEACHERS

    Mridula Padmanabhan, Jyotsana, Neha Shah and Vijaya Ramesh 

CONDUCT 

  • Students must arrive before 9:45 AM.
  • Parents are welcome to observe; limited seating will be arranged.
  • Sessions lasts 30 minutes, and every minute is valuable.

If you have special needs or concerns, please speak with one of the coordinators.

SHLOKA BOOK

Every student will receive a Shloka book during their first year in the VHS program. The book contains shlokas for both Junior and Senior classes. Students will use the same book throughout their time in the VHS school (From Beginners to Bhagavad Gita). Please remember to bring your book to every class and use it for practice at home.

JUNIOR ASSEMBLY

A number of small shlokas (4 - 8 lines) will be covered in the Assembly class.

SENIOR ASSEMBLY

Longer shlokas (Namaramayanam, Aditya Hrudayam, Mahishasura Mardhini etc.)  will be part of the Senior Assembly curriculum.
