Special Events

VHS Special Events

VHS conducts two events every year - Shlokathon and Year End Program. The objective of these events is to encourage the children to participate, showcase their knowledge to parents and grandparents. Coordinators and teachers will pass on specific information about the events. The dates for these events can be found in the VHS Calendar.

Temple Special Events

Periodically, VHS students will be requested and given preference to participate and chant shlokas in the temple special events. This is an excellent opportunity for students to become more familiar with the temple customs and rituals, showcase their talents, learn to perform in a group and importantly grow their spirituality. Information about these events will be shared by the VHS committee.

New Year Program
